Job Description

1:1 Care Professional | Premium Case | $25/hr

This is a complex, high-expectation 1:1 care case - and a rare opportunity for the right care professional.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in staying composed, being consistent, and delivering care at the highest level.

The Opportunity

  • $25/hour (premium case)
  • 12-hour shifts available

Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent, high-quality 1:1 care
  • Support daily routines, mobility, and safety
  • Transport client to appointments (personal vehicle required)
  • Maintain professionalism in a structured, high-standard environment

Requirements - Non-Negotiable

  • CNA certification required
  • 2+ years of skilled nursing facility experience (SNF only - assisted living and behavioral health experience do not meet this requirement)
  • Weekend availability
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Strong attendance and punctuality record
