Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with client outreach and follow-up.

Learn about different insurance products and services offered by Conrade Insurance Group.

Shadow experienced agents to understand the sales process.

Help prepare client proposals and presentations.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.

Provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.

Strong interest in insurance or sales.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.

Ability to commit to the internship duration.

Basic computer proficiency.
