This position is ideal for an experienced professional who combines hands-on conservation skill with strong organizational and communication abilities, contributing directly to EverGreene's legacy of craftsmanship and excellence.

For nearly 50 years, EverGreene has been a national leader in architectural restoration, conservation, and design-trusted to work on many of the most iconic and historically significant buildings in the United States. Our projects unite the worlds of art and construction, combining technical mastery with creative problem-solving to deliver outstanding results in complex, high-stakes environments. As a 100% employee-owned company, we don't just offer jobs-we offer the opportunity to build a meaningful career while preserving America's architectural legacy and contributing to work that endures.

Position Summary

As a Conservator, you will play a central role in the hands-on execution and supervision of conservation treatments, analysis, and documentation. Responsibilities include conducting materials testing and research, preparing documentation, performing surveys and assessments, supporting site treatments, and drafting reports. This position combines hands-on conservation work with research, documentation, and quality control responsibilities.

Our teams work on a range of project types ranging from smaller scale assessments and studio treatments to large-scale multi-year construction projects. We specialize in a range of materials including but not limited to decorative interiors and finishes, historic plaster, murals, indoor and outdoor sculptures and monuments, as well as building exteriors and industrial artefacts. Specialization in one of our main areas of expertise is required.
