Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team! You will perform accounting, administrative, and clerical functions in order to drivecompany success. This position is in office M-F 8:00AM-4:30PM, with a break for lunch. This position receives 2 weeks of PTO per year, on an accrual basis. This position is eligible for paid holidays. All benefits start after a 90 day introductory period.

Responsibilities: Invoicing and managing accounts receivable Managing accounts payable Preparation of bank reconciliations Preparation of monthly closing and financial reporting Managing fixed asset accounting Maintaining necessary business licenses Completing projects as requested Backup to answering inbound telephone calls Backup to schedule appointments Performing all other office tasks as requested

Qualifications: Previous experience in construction environment At least 5 years of experience in accounting Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced Skill in MS Office Previous experience with AIA documents is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which is composed of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC’s Shareholders. The Board of Directors’ function is to represent the various interests of the applicants while leading the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.
