SCHEDULE FOR OUR CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTING MANAGER - FOUNDATION SOFTWARE CONTROLLER:

This finance position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

YOUR ROLE:

In this role, you'll oversee financial operations supporting projects and cash flow stability. You'll monitor cash and LOC activity, maintain a 13-week cash forecast, and identify financial risks. Responsibilities include managing AP and AR processes, ensuring accurate job cost coding, reconciling billing, producing weekly summaries, closing monthly financials, and coordinating with external partners. You'll ensure financial accuracy, providing leadership with reliable, timely information for decision-making.

In order to do this, you'll need the following:

5+ years in construction accounting or controller role
Hands-on experience with Foundation Software
Cash-flow management experience in a growth environment
Strong understanding of job costing, progress billing/pay applications, and retainage
High attention to detail and an ownership mindset
