Job Description
Permanent Construction Administrator Stoughton Mass. Construction Company / General Contractor specializing in public and private commercial construction projects seeks an experienced Construction Administrator to join our professional staff. We are based in Stoughton, MA with a strong presence in Eastern Massachusetts. The Administrator will be a crucial team member working directly with Project Managers and be responsible for:
- Project Management Support
- Document Management
- Subcontract and Change Order Preparation and Tracking
- RFI's, Tracking and Submission of Submittals, Certified Payroll Reporting
- Creating, Updating and Submitting Project Lists, Logs, and Meeting Notes
- Project Close-out Documentation
We are seeking an individual who is hard-working, detail oriented, results-driven, professional, accountable, and team-oriented to work alongside our Project Management staff. Qualifications we are seeking include the following:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with a General Contractor
- Must have a working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Experience with DocuSign and Procore preferred
