Job Details

Jaindl is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support the Director of Construction. This role is critical in ensuring smooth project execution by managing documentation, coordinating communication, and supporting day-to-day administrative functions across multiple construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative support to the Director of ConstructionMaintain and organize project documentation, contracts, permits, and reportsCoordinate communication between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholdersAssist with project scheduling, tracking timelines, and updating progress reportsProcess invoices, change orders, and purchase ordersEnsure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirementsPrepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action itemsSupport bidding and procurement processes as needed
