Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Construction Administrator with experience supporting engineering projects, particularly in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. This 6-month contract-to-direct role involves reviewing submittals and shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and conducting site observations to ensure installations meet design specifications.Key Details:
- Location: Richardson, TX 75081*
- Pay Rate: $24.03 $36.06/hour (DOE)*
- Direct Salary Range: $50K $75K+ (DOE)*
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST*
- Term: 6 months contract-to-direct hire*
- Travel: Required for site visits (local/regional)
- 3+ years in construction administration, preferably with an engineering firm*
- Strong MEP systems knowledge*
- Proficient in reviewing shop drawings in Revit and AutoCAD*
- Skilled in RFI management and site observation documentation*
- Bluebeam experience a plus*
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
