Ready to advance your construction and remodeling career? Step up with Iconic Construction LLC in Fenton, MO as a full-time Construction and Remodeling Project Manager. You'll earn between $35 and $50 per hour. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with all work completed in-office and onsite. With all project locations situated within a 10-mile radius of Fenton, you'll stay close to home while staying close to the action.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Construction and remodeling knowledge
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently ($50K – $250K typical size)
- Strong project scheduling and coordination skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and influence gross profit (target is 35%+)
- Ability to lead and train foremen and crew members
- Daily digital communication and reporting (we use JobTread)
- Consistent field presence and proactive problem-solving
- Commitment to walking every job at 95% to ensure quality and protect margin
- Quick turnaround on change orders and milestone reporting
- Discipline to own the schedule-never delegate it
- Ability to anticipate friction, clarify scope, and resolve bottlenecks before they cause delays
Your Climb, Your Day:
As a Construction and Remodeling Project Manager, you will create and maintain detailed production schedules and coordinate both subcontractors and internal crews based on scope and sequencing. You'll start your mornings communicating with foremen to plan ahead for material and manpower needs, while actively monitoring jobsite progress throughout the week. You'll visit each project regularly, perform milestone quality checks, and make mid-course corrections as needed to keep everything on track. As milestones are reached, you'll submit timely updates to the operations and customer service team-not the client-so that they can manage the customer experience. You will oversee change orders, confirm material readiness in advance, and walk every job at 95% to close strong and protect gross profit.
