Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination

Track project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reporting

Collaborate with field teams, clients, architects, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle

Participate in project meetings and maintain communication between office and field operations

Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance

Assist with project closeout activities and turnover documentation

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline preferred

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Eagerness to learn and build a long-term career in commercial construction

Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple active projects

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; construction software experience is a plus but not required

Team-first attitude with a proactive, "go-getter" mentality

Ability to commute to South Burlington, VT and travel periodically to project sites throughout Vermont and nearby regions
