About the Role:We’re looking for a motivated Construction Assistant to join our team! This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in the construction industry. You’ll primarily assist with site clean-up and may help with home building detail work from punch lists across multiple residential tracts.What You’ll Do:

Perform general clean-up tasks on construction sitesAssist with finishing details and punch list items as neededSupport the team to ensure homes meet quality standardsFollow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment

What We’re Looking For:Strong work ethic and reliabilityWillingness to learn new skills and take directionGood communication skillsUnderstanding of the physical nature of construction workAbility to work outdoors in varying conditions

Requirements:No degree requiredPrevious construction experience is a plus, but not necessaryMust be able to lift and carry materials as needed
