- Construct floor assemblies including sideboards, joists and ledger boards
- Install hangers and verify squareness using cross measurements
- Layout, measure, cut and install interior trim per blueprint specifications
- Ensure accurate fit and finish
- Identify and correct defects in the production line
- Perform line and yard adjustments and resolve material shortages
- Prepare and install exterior wall coverings
- Use tools such as nail guns and hoists while following blueprints
- Layout rooms and install backer board, tile, grout and caulking
- Fit tile into tight spaces and install shower doors
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Construction experience preferred (training available for some roles)
- Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately (to 1/16")
- Proficiency with construction tools
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Dependable and team-oriented mindset
- Steady full-time hours with consistent schedule
