Description
- Manage public works projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Coordinate with city, state, and local agencies, inspectors, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to public works regulations, safety requirements, and contract obligations.
- Lead project meetings and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience managing public works or government-funded construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of public-sector documentation, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and complex schedules.
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and proud to deliver projects that serve the public.
