Description
- Lead commercial interior projects from preconstruction through completion, overseeing budgets, schedules, procurement, and documentation.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, architects, clients, and field staff with confidence and clarity.
- Review drawings, handle RFIs, change orders, and ensure high‑quality delivery of interior finishes and MEP coordination.
- Conduct project meetings, track milestones, resolve issues, and maintain strong communication across all stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Superintendents to drive project progress and ensure on‑site excellence.
- Serve as the primary client-facing partner, building trusted relationships and ensuring outstanding project experiences.

Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior PM leading commercial/corporate interior buildouts in NYC.
- Deep understanding of interior construction sequencing, finish quality control, and fast‑track project dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and financial management skills.
- A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple complex projects.
