We're seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial ground‑up projects throughout Westchester County. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on builder who takes pride in running efficient sites and delivering quality structures from the ground up. Client Details Our client is a mid‑sized commercial general contractor with a strong reputation across the New York metro area. They specialize in ground‑up commercial construction and are known for their organized teams, commitment to safety and quality, and long‑term relationships with clients and subcontractors. DescriptionOversee all onsite operations for commercial ground‑up projects from site work through closeout.Manage subcontractors, scheduling, site logistics, and daily field activities.Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality control, and construction schedules.Coordinate inspections, maintain daily reports, and drive punchlist completion.Work closely with Project Managers to resolve issues and keep projects on track. ProfileA successful Superintendent should have:Proven experience supervising commercial ground‑up construction projects.Strong knowledge of sitework, structural systems, concrete, steel, and building envelopes.Confident leader with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable running large, active jobsites.A professional who takes ownership and leads from the field.
