What You'll Be Doing:You'll be hands-on building and shaping real projects from the ground up. That includes:

Reading blueprints and laying out projects with precision
Cutting, shaping, and installing materials
Framing structures, installing doors, windows, and trim
Repairing and building frameworks, floors, and fixtures
Working with power tools safely and efficiently
Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and moving forward

You won't just be another number-you'll play a key role in getting projects done right and on time.

2–3+ years of carpentry or construction experience
