Construction CFO

In this Construction CFO opportunity, you'll oversee the financial health of multiple projects, drive accurate WIP reporting and month-end close activities, improve change order tracking, and partner closely with project managers to ensure every job remains financially on track. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction CFO position include:

• Active or Inactive CPA certification is required
• Minimum 10 years of construction industry accounting/finance experience, with seasoned finance leadership (not an auditor-focused role)
• Lead and oversee construction finance and accounting functions
• Manage WIP reporting and project financial visibility
• Support month-end close processes and financial reporting
• Ensure accurate project cost tracking and financial communication with project managers and the owner
• Identify and correct financial process issues, including change order tracking and missed cost items
• Provide higher-level financial leadership beyond day-to-day controller responsibilities
• Comfort working from the office in Trinity, NC

Salary: $120k-$170k per year, commensurate with experience.
