Job Details

What You Will Do. Defend developers, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and product manufacturers in construction defect litigation. Manage cases from inception through trial or resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and dispositive motions. Take and defend depositions, including expert depositions. Attend site inspections and collaborate with consultants and technical experts. Analyze insurance policies and address coverage issues when applicable. Participate in mediation, settlement conferences, and trial preparation

What We Are Looking For. Active California Bar license. Minimum of 2 years of construction defect defense experience. Strong legal research and writing skills. Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice. Ability to manage deadlines and multiple active cases. Trial experience is a plus but not required

LocationSan Diego is preferred, but attorneys licensed in California and located elsewhere in the state are encouraged to apply.
