Job DetailsKey Responsibilities

• * Provide full litigation support on construction defect cases from inception through trial
• * Draft, review, and manage legal documents including pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence
• * Coordinate and manage all phases of discovery, including document production, interrogatories, and subpoenas
• * Maintain and organize case files, exhibits, and litigation calendars
• * Assist with trial preparation, including deposition summaries, witness coordination, and exhibit preparation
• * Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and internal teams as needed
• * Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and filing requirements

________________________________________Qualifications

• * 3+ years of paralegal experience within a litigation environment (construction defect experience strongly preferred)
• * Strong understanding of litigation processes, procedures, and timelines
• * Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• * Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• * Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
