Job Description
- Plan and execute mill electrical projects to code and support the maintenance and repair of plant equipment as needed.
- Safely performing installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on all plant electrical equipment
- Running conduit and pulling wire
- Available to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends when needed
- Willing to travel to other facilities, including Oakdale and Chopin
- Safely installing, troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and maintaining all electrical and electronic plant equipment
- Corrective and preventive maintenance problem resolution
Job Qualifications
A willingness to learn and grow is critical for this position.
- Must have electrical aptitude and industrial electrical experience, 3 years preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to grasp complex concepts easily
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed for the organization
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics
- Outstanding attendance record
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
