Construction Engineer

Omaha, NE | $110K–$150K + Bonus + ESOP

You'll lead construction engineering projects from preconstruction through closeout, work directly with clients, coordinate field teams, and have a voice in the growth of the business.

What You'll Lead

  • Manage roadway and bridge construction engineering projects
  • Take projects from scoping → preconstruction → construction → closeout
  • Coordinate inspectors and materials testing personnel
  • Manage project staffing and field operations
  • Develop scopes and fees for prospective projects
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Support marketing and business development
  • Perform quality control reviews
  • Travel and work in the field across varying terrain and weather conditions

What You Bring

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering
  • P.E. license
  • 5+ years of construction engineering experience
  • Roadway and bridge project experience
  • Federal-aid project experience
  • Strong AASHTOWare Project experience
  • Municipal infrastructure experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
