Description

Step into a high-impact role at a Boston-based real estate organization that guides properties from acquisition through development and management, delivering above-market returns for investors. In this Construction Estimator opportunity, you’ll support commercial and residential redevelopment projects across Greater Boston while partnering closely with internal teams and local subcontractors.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator position include:

3–5+ years in commercial, residential, or mixed-use construction estimating
Greater Boston cost knowledge, including familiarity with union and non-union labor
Lead bidding and cost analysis for a newly established Boston construction department
Oversee takeoffs, subcontractor bids, and value engineering
Support project handoffs with accurate, well-documented estimating
Experience estimating commercial and residential redevelopment projects, including historic building conversions
Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift, Procore, or Bluebeam; advanced Excel required

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, plus annual project performance bonuses.
