Job Description

Job Title: Construction Estimator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Prepare accurate material and labor takeoffs.
Develop cost estimates and project pricing.
Review project documents and identify scope requirements.
Work with the team to prepare and submit estimates.

Qualifications:

Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Ability to perform quantity takeoffs and prepare estimates.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness and ability to learn new construction scopes and processes.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate does not need to have experience in our specific construction trade. We can teach the particular scope of work. What matters most is that the candidate has a basic understanding of construction drawings, can perform takeoffs and estimates, has a strong work ethic, and is eager and capable of learning.
