HireLevel is looking for a Building Estimatorlocated in Marion, IL.

Job Title: Building Estimator

Job Category: Full-Time

Contract Location: Marion, IL

Shift: 730am – 4pm Monday through Friday

Similar Positions: Office support, administrative assistant, sales associate, purchasing clerk

Compensation: $19/hr. Additional raise after hired on.

Benefits: Paid holidays, Paid time off

Responsibilities of Building Estimator:

Use of estimating software and hands on pole barn construction is a plus
Writing of bids and projects proposals
Ability to read building plans and specs
Operate different machines and equipment through out the facility
Ability to communicate effectively over the phone with customers/vendors

Requirements of Building Estimator:

Ability to work independently
Strong math and computer skills
Ability to read a tape measure
Organization and communication is key
Must have valid driver license
Must meet requirements of background and drug screening policies
Ability to learn and be a team player
