Job Description

Construction EstimatorEdina, MN | Direct Hire | $100k - $125k

Konik is partnered with a growing construction company that is adding a Construction Estimator to their team. Hybrid flexibility, company bonus, and car allowance offered.

Construction Estimator Responsibilities:

Review plans, pricing, and prepare bids and cost models
Analyze project designs and costs, ensuring budgets and bids meet parameters
Facilitate bids and presentations
Build and manage subcontractor relationships for large projects

Construction Estimator Requirements:

3+ years of experience estimating projects at or above $15 million
Experience estimating one or more of the following; healthcare, municipal, industrial, mission critical
Proficiency in full scope estimating; experience with Destiny Software or similar
MEP knowledge a plus
