Job Description

Construction EstimatorPrepare detailed and accurate construction cost estimates based on project specifications and plans. Analyze project requirements to determine material, labor, and equipment needs. Collaborate with project managers and clients to clarify project scope and requirements. Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market prices and trends for construction materials and labor. Provide value engineering suggestions to optimize project budgets without compromising quality. Prepare and present cost estimates and reports to stakeholders for approval. Ensure all estimates comply with company policies and industry standards.A successful Construction Estimator should have:At least 2 years of commercial experience.Bachelor's Degree in related field.Local to Metro Atlanta.Experience with preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.Ability to analyze blueprints and technical documents.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Proficiency in estimating software and relevant tools.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.What's on offer:Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $120,000 annually.Comprehensive benefits package.Permanent position with growth potential.
