Responsibilities:

Drive sales goals through both inside and outside sales activity
Build and maintain relationships with general contractors and clients
Prepare detailed cost estimates based on blueprints, specs, and project documents
Support business development efforts to sustain and grow project volume

Desired Qualifications:

Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints
Background or coursework in engineering, engineering technology, business, or related field
Experience in structural steel estimating, design, detailing, or contract negotiations
Familiarity with scheduling construction trades or subcontractors
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a small company setting
