Construction Field Manager (Roofing & Exteriors)

Location: Elmhurst, IL and surrounding areas – Local Projects

Run projects. Lead crews. Be home every night.

M&M Home Remodeling is hiring a Construction Field Manager to oversee roofing and exterior projects across the western suburbs. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to keep jobs moving, crews accountable, and customers happy.

What You'll Do

Manage roofing, siding, and exterior projects from start to finish
Coordinate crews, materials, and job timelines
Perform site visits and quality checks
Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to standard
Communicate with homeowners and internal teams

Compensation & Perks

Up to $85K base salary$12K performance bonus potential$3K sign-on bonus ($1K at 30/90/120 days)Company vehicle or allowance (if applicable)Full-time, year-round work

What We're Looking For

2–5+ years in construction, roofing, or exterior remodeling
Experience managing crews or job sites
Strong organization and communication skills
Valid driver's license
