Description

• Oversee daily on‑site construction activities, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and MTA/ADA requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and agency stakeholders to maintain schedule and workflow continuity.
• Conduct routine site inspections, identify issues, and implement timely solutions to keep work moving.
• Prepare accurate reports, documentation, and progress updates for compliance and project tracking.
• Ensure proper use, safety, and maintenance of construction equipment and tools.
• Monitor budgets, labor, and materials to support efficient resource management.
• Collaborate with the design team to resolve technical challenges and support field implementation.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and stakeholders regarding milestones and project status.

Profile

A successful Field Engineer should have:

• Proven experience in the property industry, particularly in construction projects.
