We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead daily on‑site construction operations for our client, a leader in commercial construction throughout the Oklahoma City area. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to high-quality standards while coordinating subcontractors, maintaining documentation, and supporting field teams.
$55,000 - $70,000 a year
Key Responsibilities
Lead safety meetings, inspections, and daily huddles
Verify layout, elevations, and compliance with construction drawings
Track weather delays, deliveries, RFIs, and daily reporting
Manage punch lists and support final inspections
Qualifications
3-5 years of commercial construction field experience
Experienced in implementing best practices on job site
OSHA 30 and BuilderTrend experience
Authorized to work in the U.S.; English proficiency (Spanish bilingual preferred)
Work Environment
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
