Long tenured field team reflects quality they provide for their employees and clients.Job DescriptionLead and manage all aspects of interior construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain project schedules and budgets.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations across all job sites.Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project goals are met.Review and approve project plans, schedules, and budgets.Maintain high-quality standards and ensure completion of punch lists before project handover.Foster positive relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Projects in and around AtlantaExperience with interiors-based subcontractors
Ideally construction experience with MOB or medical office building projects
Experience in construction, mixed commercial, retail, hospitality, mixed-use, higher education, senior living
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge in Construction Management or related field, preferred
