Job Description

Construction Healthcare Project ManagerOur client is a growing, hands-on General Contractor specializing in healthcare construction throughout the NYC area. Led by owner Gabriel McMahon, the firm has built a strong reputation for delivering quality projects while fostering a collaborative, supportive environment focused on developing talent.Construction Healthcare Project Manager

Mount Vernon, NYManage core project functions including documentation, scheduling, procurement, and coordination

Work closely with the owner in both office and field settings to support day-to-day project execution

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and healthcare stakeholders

Track budgets, change orders, and project timelines

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and NYC building codes

Maintain accurate reporting, project records, and communication across all parties
