Job Description

Construction Healthcare Superintendent

Bronx, NYOur client is a well-established General Contractor with a strong track record delivering complex healthcare and institutional projects across NYC. They are known for successfully executing renovations in occupied facilities, particularly within highly regulated hospital environments.Job DescriptionConstruction Healthcare Superintendent
Bronx, NYOversee all day-to-day site operations for the ER renovation project

Manage subcontractors, field staff, and sequencing of work in an active hospital setting

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and NYC building codes

Coordinate closely with hospital staff to minimize disruption to ongoing operations

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met

Conduct daily site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting

Familiarity with NYC construction and safety regulations

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure project environments
