At Hays, we believe successful projects are built through collaboration. We work closely with owners, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship, safety, and exceptional project delivery.

We are currently seeking General Laborers to join our team in Morrow County, Ohio.

Responsibilities

Provide general construction and site support.
Assist installation crews with material handling and material distribution.
Unload, stage, and organize materials throughout the project site.
Support solar module installation activities.
Maintain clean and safe work areas through general housekeeping.
Move tools, materials, and equipment as needed throughout the project.
Perform other general labor duties to support overall project productivity and success.

Preferred Qualifications

Valid OSHA 10 Certification (Preferred)
Current Electrical License (Preferred)
Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Minimum of 1 year of commercial experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Pay Rates

Helpers: $18.00 – $26.00 per hour
