Job Description
Job Title: Construction InspectorLocation: Suitland, MD (100% Onsite)Duration: 6 Months ContractPay range: $40.00 to $48.00 per hour on W2Must have:
- A degree in Landscape Architecture, or a related field applicable to the project scope; fifteen (15) years of experience as a construction inspector, including five (5) years in a lead or senior inspector role, may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- Minimum seven years of experience in construction practices, procedures, and inspection, to include three (3) years of quality control management and/or construction quality assurance oversight on DoD construction projects.
- Experience with civil/site development, landscape/site improvements, golf course projects, and/or similar outdoor recreational facility projects.
- Certified completion of a professionally accredited Quality Control Management Course (e.g., conducted by the US Army Corps of Engineers or an independent private company) within the last five (5) years; Contractor’s self-developed programs will not fulfill this requirement.
- Technical expertise to perform payment inspections and validation of progress against the AF IMT 3065 forms.
