- Perform daily inspections and field tests
- Monitor construction activity to ensure contract compliance
- Create detailed daily field reports and deficiency logs
- Interpret basic construction drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with project engineers and contractors
- NICET Level II Certification
- High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree preferred
- 1–3 years of construction inspection experience
- Ability to interpret plans, specs, and reports
- Clean driver's license and reliable vehicle
- OSHA 30
