Job Title: Construction Integration Manager 3 Location:  Plametto, GA Salary Range:  $70/hr to $85/hr on W2  Introduction

Join our dynamic team as we embark on an exciting project in Palmetto, GA. We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee and coordinate construction integration activities. This role is essential for ensuring efficient and high-quality production processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in construction management or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques.
• Familiarity with machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Understanding of design techniques and principles involved in creating technical plans and models.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Bluebeam software.
• Associate's degree in business or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in construction management or a related field.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Implement measures to motivate employees and enhance production methods and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff while addressing personal grievances.
• Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
