What You'll Do
As a Construction Laborer at Giga Energy, you will play a vital role in supporting our construction projects from start to finish. You'll work alongside experienced tradespeople and contribute to building critical energy infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials across job sites
- Assist with site preparation including grading, excavation, and debris removal
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete as needed
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and assist with utility installations
- Set up and maintain job site safety barriers and signage
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
- Support skilled tradespeople including electricians, equipment operators, and carpenters
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
Where you'll work
You will work along side our construction teams in the field in Houston, Tx.

Required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
