Construction Laborer

Responsibilities:

Assist with various construction tasks, including demolition, site cleanup, and material handling.
Prepare and maintain construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized working environment.
Assist carpenters and other tradespeople with their tasks, such as framing, finishing work, and repair work.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently.
Return unused materials to the proper vendor.
Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications :

Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment is a plus.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous tasks.
Ability to follow verbal directions.
Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from supervisors.
Must provide your own transportation to and from the job site.
Clean DMV record and valid driver's license.
Able to complete a task list in the order given.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

Salary and Benefits :

Salary at $18 - $21 per hour, commensurate with experience.
