What You'll Do

• Assist with restoration and mitigation tasks -- demolition, carpentry, painting, and general labor
• Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools under supervision
• Load and unload materials and supplies at project sites
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to all safety guidelines

What You Bring

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn (prior construction experience is a plus, not required)
• Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and demanding tasks
• Ability to work year-round
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Valid driver's license
• Professional appearance for client-facing interactions
