Job Description

M&T Enterprises is currently hiring for full-time Construction Laborers to add to our team in the Lehi, UT area. Are you hardworking and collaborative? This general labor position works from 7 AM to 5 PM. This position also enjoys a competitive wage, and a solid benefits package, including:

DAY-TO-DAY

In this general labor position, you play a crucial role in completing construction projects for our clients. Each day, you work on-site with a team of experienced professionals who provide mentorship and support. Working directly under the supervision of our foreman, you safely and efficiently complete a variety of important physical tasks. Hardworking and dedicated, you finish each job with great attention to detail, ensuring we always exceed our customers' expectations. You love the daily satisfaction of seeing your hard work turn into something tangible and useful!

REQUIREMENTS FOR A CONSTRUCTION LABORER

Must have experience driving a haul truck and running a compactor
General labor experience
Excellent work ethic, willingness to work hard
Willingness to take direction from foreman and superintendents
Ability to lift 50 lbs
