Position Qualifications: Understanding of construction terminology. Proven commitment to safety practices on site. Reliable transportation to and from the job site. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Self-motivated and able to collaborate effectively with others. Capable of heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling materials weighing up to 80 pounds. Ability to bend, squat, crawl, and work in confined spaces. Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older. Proof of identity and employment authorization. Basic understanding of hand tools (a plus). TOOLS REQUIRED: General labor gloves, boots (must be over ankle, steel toes not required). Hard hat, safety glasses, and safety vest supplied by company one time per yearPosition Summary: Support project team in construction and installation of safety measures Actively participate in Task Hazard Analysis (THA) Work in an organized manner Utilize common construction materials, hand tools, and power tools (hammer, shovel, water pump, hammer drill, saw, demolition hammer, etc.) Must be able to follow detailed directions and stay on a timeline. Ability to communicate and report effectively. Good physical condition and stamina Assist other trades when necessary Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools. Assist with basic tasks like digging, lifting, water pumping, and moving heavy items. Help set up and maintain temporary structures such as scaffolding and barricades. Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards. Maintain, protect, and secure all company tools and equipment. Follow safety protocols and wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE). And other duties as assigned.
Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
