Job Description
Position: Construction Laborer –Heavy Civil (Drilling, Concrete, Equipment Support)Location: Woodford, VAPay: $22–$25/hour (based on experience)Schedule: 4x10s (4 days, 10-hour shifts) + potential overtimeProject Type: Civil / Deep FoundationWe are hiring Construction Laborers to support a heavy civil project focused on deep foundation (caisson) work. This role supports a drill crew installing structural foundations that support large-scale infrastructure such as substations and transmission structures.Benefits & Pay:
- $22–$25/hour depending on experience

- Assist drill crew with caisson (deep foundation) operations
- Support rebar cage placement and concrete pours
- Perform material handling, site cleanup, and general labor tasks
- Work around heavy equipment including drill rigs and cranes
- Maintain safe, organized work areas
- Prior experience with rigging, hand signaling, concrete work, or basic form work
- Ability to work in heavy civil conditions (mud, concrete, outdoor environment)
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Standard hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, safety glasses, boots)
- Comfortable working around heavy equipment
- Project is fast-paced, outdoors, and requires working around drill rigs and cranes in muddy/concrete conditions
- Duration: A few months with potential for extension
