You'll work closely with supervisors and team members to deliver results that make a difference.What You'll Do As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for
  • Assist carpenters and other tradespeople on-site to keep projects moving smoothly*
  • Load and unload materials to support daily construction needs*
  • Prepare job sites through cleanup and organization to maintain safety and efficiency*
  • Help with demolitions and safely remove debris*
  • Use basic hand and power tools to assist with tasks as directed, including general framing/siding support
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Some construction or general labor experience (6 months preferred)*
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform hands-on work throughout the day*
  • Willingness to follow safety guidelines and project procedures*
  • Comfort using a tape measure for basic measurement tasks
