- Assisting skilled tradespeople with everyday tasks on construction sites.
- Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Preparing and maintaining the cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and hazards.
- Operating basic hand and power tools following safety protocols.
- Digging, trenching, and grading as required for various projects.
- Supporting demolition, site preparation, and material handling activities.
- Following instructions from supervisors and crew leads to complete assigned tasks effectively.
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment and wearing PPE at all times.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not necessary.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools confidently.
- A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to follow directions as part of a team.
