Construction Law Attorney – Tampa

Are you a skilled Construction Law Attorney with 3-6 years of experience? Our client in the Tampa area is looking for you!! You would be contributing to a thriving practice dedicated to resolving complex construction-related legal matters. What We’re Looking For

Experience:

  • 3-6 years of focused experience in construction law, including litigation, contracts, and compliance.

Expertise:

  • Proficiency in handling cases involving construction defect claims, delay disputes, lien law, and payment disputes.
  • Skilled in drafting and negotiating construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements.
  • Experience representing contractors, developers, owners, and design professionals in arbitration, mediation, and court proceedings.
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations.

Job Stability:

  • Proven history of staying 2+ years in previous roles, demonstrating reliability and commitment.

Strong Communication:

  • Exceptional written and verbal advocacy skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and industry stakeholders.
