Job Description

Construction Law Attorney

An established top-tier commercial law firm in Dallas (with offices in Houston and Austin), with a highly collegial environment, is currently seeking a Transactional Construction Law Attorney and a Litigation Construction Law Attorney. Years of experience may vary from 3+ to 20, if at partner-level.

This is a full-time in-office position that comes with a suite of solid employee benefits. The firm also recognizes the importance of work/life balance and has an environment that embraces diversity and inclusion.

Experience with complex casework and/or transactions is desired.

The salary for this role will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses.

Skills and Requirements:

Applicants must live in Texas (Dallas, Houston or Austin)
3-20 years' experience in construction law (transactional or litigation)
Experience with sophisticated casework/transactions
Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term
Ability to work alongside a collegial top-rated law group
Professional, organized and collaborative
