What we offer our Construction Lead- Bath/Shower Installers:

We provide trucks and tools!
40-hour work week with plenty of overtime (paid at 1.5x).
Typical schedule is Monday- Friday + overtime, including possible Saturdays.
Total Compensation is $80,000-$200,000 a year;
Hourly pay rate is $23/hr + bonus potential, and OT
Some jobs may require longer travel within our territory, with an overnight stay. All travel expenses paid.

Requirements of a Construction Lead- Bath/Shower Installer:

2+ years of experience in construction, bathroom remodeling.
Required to have acrylic installation experience.
Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing required.
Experience with commercial, high rise and multi unit remodeling preferred.
Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs. consistently.
Ability to interact professionally with Customers.
Must be proficient in using technology such as iPad to document installation progress.
Ability to manage a job from start to finish including supervising an Apprentice Installer.
For insurance purposes Lead Installers must be able to pass a DMV check.
