Job DetailsYou'll handle complex construction defect matters from discovery through trial. Strong analytical and writing skills are essential — so is the ability to manage a caseload independently while working within a supportive team structure. Trial experience and a portable book of business are both welcome.Requirements:

• Experience representing design professionals, developers, or contractors in construction defect matters
• State and federal court experience preferred
• Proven trial record a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• NY bar admission in good standing
