Manage a diverse portfolio of construction litigation cases, including construction defects, contract disputes, and delay claims.
Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation materials.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various construction-related matters.
Represent clients in court, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that their legal needs are met and exceeded.
Collaborate with legal team members to develop case strategies and ensure effective case management.
Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations related to construction litigation.

Job DetailsQualifications:

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil Litigation, specifically in construction litigation.
Active membership in the state bar.
Proven track record of effectively managing construction litigation cases from inception through resolution.
Excellent legal research and writing skills.
Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, and team members effectively.
Proficient in legal research tools and software.
